Jasper PIM allows you to manage different price lists for products and syndicate them to Shopify. This article will show you how to manage the Shopify price lists from the PIM.
First things first
In order to use international prices through the price lists, you must have them setup in Shopify first, then the PIM can use them to push different prices for different bases.
Import existing price lists
Once you have the price lists in Shopify, you need to import them into the PIM. Go to Configuration > Channels and select your Shopify channel. Go to the Import tab and click on the Import Price List Countries button to start the import. The process will run in background. (You can check the progress in the Jobs section)
Note: Each country will belong to only one price list in Shopify.
Note: Every time a change is made in Shopify price lists, its necessary to click the button above to update the price lists in Jasper, otherwise, the changes will not take affect.
Select the price list
Once the price list countries have been imported, you can select which ones you want to use and manage in the PIM. Go back to the details tab and use the Price List Countries field to select the countries you will be using in the PIM.
Manage prices
Now you can start to use the price lists in the PIM and create prices for the products. Use the country ISO code in the price Base to map the price with the corresponding price list. In the example below we will create a new record in the Canada price list for this specific product.
You can create other prices for this product and map them to the corresponding price lists using the Base.
All the prices with a base that has a country belonging to a price list should be pushed in the sync.
