The Sidebar

The product sidebar is a mini command center for your products. You can easily see important product information and assignments at a glance and perform actions all without ever leaving the screen you are working on.

What does the sidebar show?

The sidebar gives you quick access to important information regarding your product including:

Fields	Description
Published State	The global control of whether the product is being sent out to publication channels Unpublished - product is not being sent to any enabled channels Published - product is being sent and synced to all enabled channels
Attribute Sets	Shows the current attribute sets assigned to the product
Attributes	Displays any individually assigned attributes outside of attribute sets currently assigned to the product
Option Set	Shows the active option set assigned to the product (for parent products)
Relations	Shows any related products associated with the product including the relationship type and the related product
Price/Channel Box	Displays the enabled channels for the product and the current effective sell price for that channel

What Can I Do With The Sidebar?

The sidebar gives you quick access to make changes to your product configuration without leaving the page you are working on, including:

Fields	Description
Published state	The global control of whether the product is being sent out to publication channels Unpublished - product is not being sent to any enabled channels Published - product is being sent and synced to all enabled channels
Clone	Allows the creation of a copy of your current product that pre-fills much of the available data  Note: Cloning will take you to the new product and will leave the product page you were on
Delete	Remove product and product data from the PIM
Workflow State	If enabled and configured, shows the current selected workflow state of the product
Attribute Sets	Shows the current attribute sets assigned to the product
Attributes	Displays any individually assigned attributes outside of attribute sets currently assigned to the product
Option Set	Shows the active option set assigned to the product (for parent products) Note: Do not remove option sets from parents with assigned children
Relations	Shows any related products associated with the product including the relationship type and the related product Note: Hover over the product to see a snapshot of important information
