The Channels Tab

Working with the PIM allows you sell across multiple channels while maintaining your product information in a single database. Easily add a new channel without the headaches and precisely control which products and data are sent to each channel.

What is the Channels Tab on a Product?

The Channels Tab on a product allows for one click product routing control. Products will only publish to enabled channels.

What information is contained on the channels tab?

The product channels tab displays a list of all the channels created in the PIM along with the following information:

• Channel Type - The channel type of the channel (BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc)
• Web ID - The channel id of the product
• Status - Whether the product is enabled or disabled for the specific channel

What can I do on the channels tab?

You can enable or disable any channel for the product in question. You can also link to the channel edit screen if you have appropriate permissions.
